Dav Pilkey - Thank you!

We were soooooooooo excited when
Dav Pilkey visited our school.
We had a special assembly
for the whole school.
Dav talked to us about his childhood, school
life and how he began drawing cartoons.
He showed us a slide-show of his work.
He showed us a sneak-preview
(an animated version)
of his new book, due to be published in 2016.
It was amazing to have him read it to us!
He then drew for us.
He had a competition to see
who could answer questions
about the characters he had drawn.
Whoever answered the question correctly
won the cartoon for their class.
We won two pictures for 5HS,
thanks to William and Emily!
