Good Morning 5RT

23 Apr 2020

Good morning 5RT,

Did you try any of the new websites or activities from yesterday?  Did anyone do the dance challenge for the school?

Today is St George’s Day so it is another great opportunity to learn something new and have fun.
Who is St George?  Who celebrates this day? Why do they celebrate?

You could use Espresso to find some videos and activities about St George.

If you are interested I have attached a short power point with information about St George’s Day.  I have also attached a link to a fun video of a family celebrating St George’s Day.

Write some facts about St George in the comment section below.

Today you could also list some of the things that make you positive, like our battery in the pun.  Think of all the wonderful things that make you feel good or happy or that help you to think more positively.

Can you believe we are now on the penultimate chapter of The Boy in the Dress.  Today I have read Chapter 21 and tomorrow I will be reading the very final chapter of the story.  Have you enjoyed it?  Should we choose another one?

Hope you have a great day.  It is meant to meant to another very warm one!
