Hi there! We're Friends of Handsworth, a group of parents and caregivers who love bringing our school community together. We volunteer our time to organise events like Quiz Nights, the festive Christmas Fayre, and the much-loved School Discos.
Thanks to our community's generosity last year (24/25), we were able to fund some amazing things for the school, including:
- £2,210 for the "Shaking Up Shakespeare" Workshop (Y1-6)
- £7,000 for IT Support
- £630 for "Young Voices" t-shirts
- £800 for new Maths Equipment
- £8,588 for the "Magnificent Seven" Experiences (R, Y1-6)
- £2,000 for Year 6 Leavers Gifts
- £5,000 for the OPAL Playground Revamp
- Total £26,228.00
