We need your recycling materials!

05 Jul 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,

We need your recycling materials!

Next week,  Year 2 will commence their World Of Week activities. Our focus is our environment. We kindly request your recycling materials from your recycling bins. Please ensure your child brings their clean, washed (if necessary) materials to school in a labelled bag for Monday. Recycling materials must include:

Plastic soda and juice bottles

Jars

Cans

One example of an item that has been re-used or recycled. Your child must be able to talk about:

What is the item used for now.

What was it originally?

What is it made from?

How does it make them feel to re-use something and know that this is good for the planet?

Many thanks,

Mrs Chetty & Mr Dawes
