Our New Behaviour Policy

A year ago we formed a working party made up of staff across the school. We spent al lot of time discussing what worked in the way we approached behaviour at Handsworth and what we needed to do to keep improving.
We met regularly and spent a lot of time researching different behaviour strategies. We used our collective experience and the information we had found to create a new behaviour strategy.
The result of this work is a behaviour strategy we believe put our children at the heart of everything we do.
Please take some time to read through the new policy. It is important to us that parents and carers understand the approach we take to behaviour at Handsworth and join us in our collective goal of ensuring all children are safe, happy and cared for.
