3RT and 3JP Ice Palace games

Before Christmas Year 3 had been reading the Ice Palace and learning through many exciting activities.  I am sure all the children will agree that it was a fantastic story and they had fun reading it.  One of their favourite activites was to make a board game about the story and specifically Ivan's jouney to the Ice Palace and his quest to find Starjik.  Included in the board game were many of the challenges that Ivan had to overcome.  The children also made their own rules and instructions which they wrote out so that others could play their game.
