Year 5 - Mr Dawes Homework

Good morning Year 5 and welcome to your History lesson week 4!

Today is a very interesting one as it is about a highwayman from the 1700's who lived in Essex and was involved in a gang that travelled around Epping Forest.  They were involved in incidents very close by such as Chingford, Woodford and Loughton!!!

What was a highwayman?

How do you think they travelled?

Were they good or bad people?
