Thank you Mrs Stakem. The children are really amazing...they worked so hard to learn the lines and they came up with all the actions themselves. We had a fun filled week not only practicing this poem, but reading and listening to lots of other poems and poets. Cara was fantastic, always to enthusiastic and excited. Well done Cara.

I loved the video, they had so much fun! How do you get 30 children to do the same thing at the same time? I’m still working on that with 2… 😊

Thank you so much for your comments Mrs Clift, so happy that you enjoyed watching the video. We did have so much fun. How did I get 30 children to do the same thing at the same time - good question? The children were so enthusiastic about the poem, which helps, they came up with the actions, which meant that they had ownership, & we just practiced a little each day this week. They are all superstars.
