London Canal Museum

Year 5 MJ visited the London Canal Museum on Friday the 16th of March.
We had a great time! 

      

We had to wear life jackets and listen carefully to all the safety instructions
 
   

Here we are entering the Islington Tunnel.  It looked like a fairy tale setting inside the tunnel.

       

Some of us stayed at the museum.  We did some group work. 

     

We built bridges, boats that can float and we made 'sand-tunnels'

       

This group was  very happy when they returned after their 2 hour trip on the canal boat....
